Excellent customer service and a great overall experience! The hot ends are exactly what I was looking for, and the company went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Great communication, quick response, and a business that stands behind its products. I would definitely recommend them and will be ordering from them again!
The linear rail appears to be quite cheap and even after cleaning and greasing, hangs and catches even with noting mounted on it/ not attached to the rail.
The mounting plate guides for the belt are also .3~ mm too long and contact the aluminum frame, causing it to not move at all (best case scenario, scratch your aluminum frame).
The hardware and screws are nice and it does come with instructions thankfully, seeing as the rail is faulty and I am now the second buyer with the mounting plate issue, I don’t know if it’s worth buying.

I had a lot of trouble putting it in the existing bambu spool. It was wound too tall and I'm having nothing but trouble with it. Filament is good, but need to do a better job sizing refills.

Bambu spools can definitely be tricky; if the internal notch isn't fully aligned before twist-locking the halves tight, the refill can sit too high. Please feel free to reach out to our team directly next time. We're always happy to help!
