The tool ensures a more even coffee puck and minimizes channeling and over-extraction, leading to higher extraction rates with minimal variation (only 1-1.5% difference). This results in a balanced cup with enhanced sweetness, a full-bodied mouthfeel, increased complexity in acidity, and a wider range of nuanced flavors, all while reducing bitterness.

1. The needles included in the kit are made of stainless steel and have been thoroughly sterilized before packaging. It is recommended to sterilize them again before use to ensure food safety. Please handle the needles carefully to avoid injury during installation.
2. Compatible with most 58mm coffee portafilters with two ears (with an ear width within 30mm).
