The CNC Shield V3 is an ideal expansion board for 3D printing and CNC engraving projects. It comes with 4 DRV8825 or A4988 drivers, each with a heatsink, allowing for precise and efficient stepper motor control. Its compact design and versatile configuration options make it perfect for any application requiring advanced motor control.

CNC Shield V3 Features

  • Compatibility: Compatible with the latest version 0.9 of GRBL, transforming G-code commands into stepper signals.
  • 4-Axis Support: Controls X, Y, Z, and A axes, with the option to duplicate axes or add a full fourth axis.
  • Coolant Control: Includes a coolant enable pin for use with CNC machines.
  • Swappable Drivers: Compatible with A4988 and DRV8825 stepper drivers, easily removable and replaceable.
  • Configurable Microstepping: Jumpers to set microstepping resolution up to 1/32 (depending on the driver).
